These Website Terms govern access to and use of v3rim.com (the “Website”), operated by Ahmet Gorunucu, operating as V3rim Cloud (“V3rim Cloud”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Informational website
The Website describes V3rim Cloud’s engineering capabilities, services and selected approved work. It does not provide user accounts, subscriptions, online purchasing or a hosted software service. Website content is general information and is not legal, financial, security or other regulated professional advice.
2. Consulting engagements
Visiting the Website or sending an inquiry does not create a client, adviser, fiduciary, employment or partnership relationship. Any consulting, engineering, assessment or implementation work is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement. If these Terms conflict with a signed engagement agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
3. Permitted use
You may view, link to and print reasonable extracts from the Website for lawful internal evaluation. You must not misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that degrades service, misrepresent an affiliation with V3rim Cloud, or use its content unlawfully.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Website design, text, graphics, reports, examples and other original materials are owned by or licensed to V3rim Cloud and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Company names, logos and trademarks shown in approved references remain the property of their respective owners. 5. Examples and client references
Technical examples and sample reports may be simplified, anonymized or fictional and are identified where appropriate. They illustrate working methods and are not promises that another project will produce the same outcome. Client names or logos are shown only where V3rim Cloud has a basis to publish them.

We aim to keep Website information useful and current but do not warrant that every item is complete, error-free or suitable for a particular decision. The Website may be changed, suspended or unavailable without notice. You should obtain project-specific advice before relying on technical information for a production system.
7. Third-party services and links
The Website may link to third-party websites or refer to third-party platforms, including AWS. Those services are controlled by their owners and have their own terms and privacy practices. A reference or link does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

Personal data and cookie choices are handled as described in our Privacy Notice and the Cookie Preferences control. Do not send passwords, access keys, production data or other secrets through ordinary email.

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts and authorities with mandatory jurisdiction retain that jurisdiction. Project agreements may contain separate governing-law and dispute provisions.
