3. Purposes and legal grounds
We process data to deliver and secure the website, diagnose faults, measure website performance when you consent, respond to inquiries, take steps toward a requested engagement, manage an active business relationship, and meet legal obligations. Depending on the context and applicable law, processing is based on consent, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or legitimate interests that do not override your rights.
4. Cookies and analytics choices
Essential technologies support website operation and security. Google Analytics is categorized as analytics and is intended to load only after affirmative consent. You can accept, reject or change non-essential choices using the website’s Cookie Preferences control. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
5. Service providers and recipients
Hostinger provides website hosting and related infrastructure. Google provides Google Analytics and Google Workspace email services. These providers process data only to the extent required to supply their services, subject to their contracts, settings and applicable law. Data may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect legal rights.
6. International processing
Our providers may process data in countries other than the country from which you access the website. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or other safeguard, we assess the relevant provider terms and arrangements before relying on them. This notice does not claim that all processing occurs in a single country or region.
7. Retention
- Email inquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months. They may be kept longer while an engagement is active, where needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or where law requires retention.
- Analytics data is retained according to the configured Google Analytics property settings and may be aggregated or anonymized.
- Hosting and security logs are retained according to operational, security and provider requirements and deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
8. Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to your request, you may have rights to learn whether your data is processed, request access or information, ask for correction or deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, request portability where applicable, and complain to a competent supervisory authority. Turkish data subjects also have the rights described in Article 11 of Law No. 6698.
Send requests to info@v3rim.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and understand the request. If a mandatory application channel applies, we will explain it in our response.
